Project Overview

The project is located in Europe, a core hub of the European manufacturing industry, with a designed annual production capacity of 2GWh high-performance drone lithium-ion batteries. Covering the full industrial chain from raw material processing, cell manufacturing, module assembly to finished product testing and packaging, the production line is designed to produce batteries with high energy density, long cycle life, high safety, and fast charging performance-key indicators that address the core pain points of current drone operations such as short endurance, unstable power supply, and safety hazards.

With a forward-looking layout, the project integrates R&D, production, testing, and after-sales services, establishing a complete industrial ecosystem. It not only meets the growing demand for high-quality drone batteries in the German market but also radiates to neighboring European countries, providing localized supply and technical support for global drone manufacturers settled in Europe. In terms of production technology, we adopt the industry-leading integrated cutting and stacking process, vacuum mixing, and high-precision coating technology, combined with fully automated equipment to minimize manual intervention, ensuring the consistency and stability of product quality. In addition, the intelligent battery management system (BMS) integrated into the products can realize real-time monitoring of battery health status, early warning of thermal runaway, and precise control of power output, further improving the safety and reliability of drone operations.

3. Intelligent & Eco-Friendly Design

Centered on intelligence, the production line integrates industrial Internet, IoT, big data, and AI technologies to achieve full-process intelligent management-from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery. Our intelligent production management system enables real-time monitoring of production parameters, process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, with a designed production efficiency 30% higher than that of traditional production lines.

Adhering to the concept of green development, the project adopts environmentally friendly production processes and equipment, implements strict environmental protection control measures for wastewater, waste gas, and solid waste, and achieves 100% compliance with German environmental protection standards. At the same time, we introduce the whole-life cycle design concept, optimize the recyclability of battery materials, and promote the recycling and echelon utilization of waste batteries, contributing to the realization of Europe's "dual carbon" goals.

4. Perfect Quality Control System

The project has established a strict quality control system covering the entire production process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery. We cooperate with world-class raw material suppliers to ensure the stability and reliability of raw materials; set up multiple quality inspection points in the production process, using advanced testing equipment to conduct real-time detection of key parameters such as battery voltage, capacity, internal resistance, and safety performance; and implement a full-process traceability system, which can quickly trace the production information of each batch of products, ensuring product quality and safety.

All products will pass UN38.3, CE, FCC, and other international authoritative certifications, fully meeting the access standards of the global market, especially the strict requirements of the European market for product safety and environmental protection.

Production Line Design & Planning

1. Overall Layout

The production line covers a total area of about 15,000 square meters, divided into five functional areas: raw material storage area, cell manufacturing area, module assembly area, finished product testing area, and packaging and warehousing area. The layout is optimized according to the production process to realize the smooth flow of materials, reduce the transportation distance, and improve production efficiency. At the same time, we have set up a professional R&D center and quality inspection center to provide technical support and quality guarantee for production.

2. Key Production Processes & Equipment

The production line adopts a fully automated production mode, with key equipment imported from world-class manufacturers, ensuring the stability and advanced nature of the production process. The main production processes and supporting equipment are as follows:

(1)Raw Material Processing

Equipped with automatic batching system, vacuum high-speed mixer, and other equipment, the raw materials such as positive and negative electrode materials, electrolytes, and diaphragms are accurately weighed, mixed, and processed in a strict temperature and humidity control environment to form a uniform and stable slurry, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes. (2)Cell Manufacturing

This link includes high-precision coating, roller pressing, automatic stacking, vacuum baking, precision liquid injection, formation, and other processes. The high-precision coating equipment ensures the uniform coating of the electrode sheet with micron-level accuracy; the automatic stacking machine realizes the precise stacking of positive electrode, diaphragm, and negative electrode, improving the stability of the cell structure; the vacuum baking and precision liquid injection equipment ensure the dryness and electrolyte infiltration effect of the cell, which is the key to improving the battery performance. (3)Module Assembly

Equipped with automatic module assembly line, laser welding machine, and other equipment, the qualified cells are assembled into battery modules according to the design requirements, and the module BMS is integrated to realize the power distribution and safety protection of the module. (4)Finished Product Testing & Packaging

The finished product testing area is equipped with advanced battery performance testing equipment, safety testing equipment, and environmental adaptability testing equipment, which can conduct comprehensive testing of the battery's capacity, cycle life, high and low temperature performance, vibration resistance, impact resistance, and safety performance. Only the products that pass all tests can enter the packaging link. The packaging link adopts automatic packaging equipment to realize the automatic packaging, labeling, and coding of finished products, improving packaging efficiency and standardization. 3. Capacity Planning

The project is constructed in two phases: the first phase will complete the construction of a 1GWh production line, which will be put into operation within 12 months after the start of construction, realizing mass production of core products and initial market layout; the second phase will expand the production capacity to 2GWh, optimize the production process and product structure, and launch customized products for different drone application scenarios, further expanding the market share.

Market Outlook

With the rapid development of the global drone industry, demand for high-performance drone batteries is soaring. Particularly in Europe, the industrial drone market-spanning agricultural plant protection, power inspection, environmental monitoring, and logistics distribution-is thriving, driving an increasing demand for high-quality, localized drone batteries. Currently, the European drone battery market relies heavily on imports, leaving a significant gap for high-performance localized products.

This project, with its annual production capacity of 2GWh, can effectively meet the growing market demand, provide localized supply and technical support for European drone manufacturers, and reduce their dependence on imported batteries. It is estimated that after the project is fully put into operation, it will achieve an annual output value of more than 200 million euros, drive the employment of more than 200 people, and make important contributions to the development of the local economy and the upgrading of the drone industry chain.
